The Agreement for Cooperation with Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno

In the course of the meeting of the Academic Council, Dean of the Faculty of Journalism, RAE Academician, Professor Elena Vartanova and Rector of Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, Dr. Irina Kiturko agreed to launch cooperation in order to promote journalism education in the EAEU countries and create sustainable partnerships between media scholars and practicing journalists, after which the corresponding documents were signed.
Among other things, the institutions agreed to conduct joint events and research projects dedicated to journalism in the EAEU countries and information support of Eurasian integration.
In particular, the cooperation will be implemented as part of the activities by Eurasian Media Studies Center, which aims to enhance Eurasian dialogue in the media field.
The Faculty of Journalism is looking forward to a long and fruitful collaboration with Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, and expects that this partnership will contribute to strengthening ties between leading centers of journalism education of the EAEU countries.
