Students and alumni met employers during the Career Day

On April 24, 2018 the Faculty of Journalism, MSU conducted traditional Career Day. The event started with talks by the Dean Professor Elena Vartanova, member of the State Duma Committee for Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications Evgeniy Revenko, First Deputy Head of the Department of Media and Advertising of Moscow Julia Kazakova and Chairman of the Russian Union of Journalists Vladimir Soloviev.
During the Day representatives of the most successful media in Russia answered students’ questions and described opportunities for internship and career building. Members of Condé Nast, Hearst Shkulev Media, ACMG, Argumenty i Fakty, Moskovsky Komsomolets publishing houses, Moskva Media, Multimedia Holding, Rambler & Co, EMG, FederPress, Mail.ru, Izvestia holdings, Russia Today and Interfax news agencies, Friday! and RT TV channels, Evening Moscow and Seasons print media talked to students and alumni sharing their experience.
Also, Editors-in-Chief and media managers of the industry leaders (such as Lenta.ru, Maxim, Interfax) conducted lectures and master classes where they discussed features of modern media communications.
