Photo project by Chair of Photojournalism and Media Technologies: “Veterans of Great Patriotic War, Lecturers of MSU”

Despite the stream of time, the feat of Soviet people is not forgotten. The exhibition by Chair of Photojournalism and Media Technologies is devoted to the significant date – the seventieth anniversary of the Great Victory.
The project presents a series of portraits of veterans of Great Patriotic War, who are the lecturers of MSU and scientists in different fields of knowledge. The main goal for the authors is not only to show the veterans with their personal property, but also to trace the connection between the past and the present, personal and historical. The project presents the heroes in their everyday conditions. It is a recollection of the war and it is an attempt to look at the world through the eyes of the people who saw death.
