President of the Faculty of Journalism, Professor Yassen Zassoursky was awarded the title of 'Honored Journalist of Russia'

On December 31, 2018 President of the Faculty of Journalism, Professor Yassen Zassoursky was awarded the title of 'Honored Journalist of Russia' for significant contribution to the journalism in Russia.
For the first time, President Vladimir Putin conferred the title 'Honored Journalist of Russia' to 15 media representatives. The titles were awarded also to vice-general editor of TASS Mikhail Gusman, general director and chief editor of 'Komsomolskaya Pravda' Vladimir Sungorkin, host of the TV program 'In the Animal World' Nikolai Drozdov and other colleagues. Seven media representatives were also awarded the title of 'Honored Communication and Information Worker of Russia'.
