The Second World War was perhaps the greatest tragedy for the humanity. The anniversary reminds us of the invaluable sacrifice we made to stop the spreading of evil, inequality and discrimination, which were the three pillars of Hitler’s regime.
But at the same time it reminds of the incredible unity of various countries and nations. People of different cultures, customs and religions cooperated to fight the threat. And there we can learn important lesson. Only mutual assistance and tolerance will give us power to overcome any challenge we face.
